We started numbers in Japanese too.

一ichi ,二 ni, 三san, 四yon, 五go, 六roku.

Home group 2 also developed reading skills by chopping up a sentence and making a new 2 letter combination. Some of them made actual Japanese words.

From this sentence: ～がありますか？~ga arimasu ka? Do you have ~?
