Principal's Message
Dear Parents,
A big thank you to our teaching staff who have organised many engaging activities for this week’s Literacy and Numeracy Week. Students have already participated in reading lines, multi age activities and teachers have modelled their love of reading by sharing their favourite books.
On Thursday we will have our Book Week Dress up Day, where children come to school dressed up as their favourite book character. We will have a parade in the outdoor undercover area at 9:00am, parents are welcome to attend.
Father’s Day Breakfast:
Our inaugural Father’s Day Breakfast will be held next Thursday 1st September. Our school staff will be cooking bacon and egg rolls for the dad’s and children between 7:15am-8:30am. Please arrive any time between these hours that suit your morning/work routine. If dad can’t make it please feel free to bring along grandad or a special friend. Students will be supervised at school if dads need to head to work after breakfast. For catering purposes if you haven’t already registered your attendance please do so at the following link.
Father’s Day Stall
Our Father’s Day Stall will also be held on this day. Each student will have the opportunity to purchase a gift for their Dad or special person.
The students will visit the stall in their class groups during the morning.
Gifts range from $2.00 to $8.00.
Please note: Students will have a $10.00 limit, please ensure money is in a named envelope or zip lock bag,

Winter Sport
Our Homegroup L students will represent our school in a Winter Sport Round Robin Tournament against other local Catholic Schools in Warragul, Bunyip, Trafalgar and Drouin on Friday 2nd September at Marist Sion College. Our school will field a Soccer and Newcombe side, permissions for this activity or now available on PAM.
School Concert
Tickets for our upcoming School Concert on Wednesday 14th September will be go on sale today at 6pm. Please note that tickets will be strictly limited to two per family due to the limited venue capacity. Please click on the following link to book tickets:
2022 Catholic Education Photography Project
Our School has been selected to participate in the 2022 Catholic Education photography project. The images from the photo shoot may be used to promote our school online, in school publications (such as the newsletter) and in a number of other media outlets.
Photo forms were sent home to all students last week and are to be reurned by Tuesday 30th August, 2022. Spare forms can be collected from the office.
